What's mabTasks? mabTasks is a powerful ToDo software that replaces "Tasks" of the Pocket PC.
In comparison with "Tasks",  you can customize display style you want.
mabTasks has a powerful sort and filter function. You can display task items by 15 kinds of maximum styles depending on the status of items.
At a glance, you will find important tasks. You never miss important tasks anymore!
The features of mabTasks
  • Flexible customization of display styles
    ClearType is supported.
    You can select columns to display.
    Depending on a status of items, you can select font face, styles, foreground color, background color (The gradation color is supported).
    You can sort items in three maximum columns.
    You can show or hide a status bar (Status bar shows the number of items and the filtering condition.).
    You can show or hide a column header.
  • Tap & hold
    When you tap & hold an item, the popup menu appears and the following operations are available.
      Changing Status (Completed / Not completed)
      Changing Priority (High / Normal / Low)
      Changing Due date and Starts date
      Creating new item
      Making a copy of the item
      Removing an item
      Undoing
  • One-touch operation
    The following command buttons are available.
      New
      Undo
      Due (filter)
      Upcoming (filter)
      Today (filter)
      Filter on category (filter)
  • 2 editing dialogs
    • You can select mabTasks original dialog or Pocket Outlook standard dialog.
    In a Pocket Outlook standard dialog, you can edit all properties such as notes, alarm and so on.
    In an Original dialog, you can see more notes and categories at a glance.
  • Most operation is possible with a keyboard
    Various shortcut keys are supported.
  • POOM is supported
    mabTasks uses Pocket Outlook database. You can synchronize with Tasks of Outlook on your PC via ActiveSync.
    Because mabTasks uses Pocket Outlook Object Model, Tasks data access is very stable.

      VGA and Landscape are supported.
    • Flexibility of customization of display-style is enormously improved
      You can select foreground color and background color by the status of items. In background color, gradation color is supported.
      By the combination of Due date and Priority, 15 ways of display-styles are available. You can recognize a priority of an item at a glance.
    • A setting method of sorting order is changed
      A setting method of sorting order is changed.
    • New filter [Focus]
      New filter condition [Focus] is added. Focus filter includes the following filter conditions.
        No Due date, Due date is expired, Due date is today, Due date is in future 7 days.
    • You can access filter commands more easily
      [Filter] menu command is moved to the top menu. You can access filter commands more easily, more quickly.
    • You can show new column [Completed] in list view
      New column [Completed] - Completed date - is added. You can see the date that the Task was completed on.
    • Various date formats are supported
      New various date formats are added. Mainly, those formats are for Europe area.
    • The compatibility with Outlook is improved
      In previous version, If you sort with date column, nodate items appeared on the end. In this version, If you select a option [Nodate is smaller than dated], nodate items appear on the top. The sorting result will become same as the Tasks of Outlook for PC.
    Fixed Problems
    • Some tooltip of command button was not displayed.
    • Abnormal end in 2003 SE VGA mode.
    • Under some circumstance,  we could not change date from popup menu.

    * Windows Mobile 5.0 is not supported yet. We are now preparing to support Windows Mobile 5.0. We are planning to ship new version in January.
